Who we serve

Preparation for the work your professionals already do.

When a matter arrives as months of statements, professional time should go to judgment and analysis, not typing transactions.

Small businesses

Backlogged statements organized into reviewed transaction files for the owner, bookkeeper, or accountant to use in the business's existing workflow.

Bookkeepers and accounting teams

PDF, image, and spreadsheet records converted into consistent Excel/CSV or QIF files, with duplicates and uncertain entries separated for review.

Valuation and forensic teams

Statement-level transaction schedules prepared and reconciled before the professionals begin valuation, tracing, damages, or investigative analysis.

Divorce and fiduciary professionals

Paper and scanned records organized into reviewed schedules that support the professional's own accounting, legal, tax, or expert work.

The work product

Every engagement returns a working file, not a raw export.

  • Transaction schedule

A clean CSV or Excel file, one row per transaction: date, payee or description, amount, and account, formatted for immediate analysis.

  • Ledger import files

Quicken/QIF or comparable import formats prepared when your workflow calls for ledger software.

  • Exception schedule

A short list identifying every entry that could not be resolved with certainty. Nothing is silently guessed into the data.

  • Reconciliation summary

A closing check tying the delivered file to each statement's opening and closing balances.

Process

Three steps, with the scope confirmed first.

First

Describe the batch

Tell us the number of accounts and months, whether the files are scanned or digital, the output needed, and the deadline. Do not include sensitive records in the initial email.

Then

Secure transfer and preparation

After the scope and transfer method are confirmed, each statement is converted to transaction-level data and checked against its statement balances. Uncertain items are documented on the exception schedule.

On the confirmed schedule

Delivery

The transaction schedule, import files, exception schedule, and reconciliation summary are returned together on the written schedule confirmed after the sample files are reviewed.

Engagements

Every relationship begins with a fixed-price pilot.

The quality of the work is easiest to judge on a small sample of your own documents. A standard first pilot is a fixed ninety dollars for one account, up to three monthly statements, approximately 300 transactions, one agreed output format, and one correction round. Any different boundary is confirmed in writing before work begins. After the pilot, we provide a fixed written quote and schedule for the larger project based on statement volume, file quality, output requirements, and deadline.
